Improve existing trails and connect all trails – circle the lake.
Housing – be attentive to problems of gentrification in the area. Do not duplicate the hundreds of towns and neighborhoods that fill up with the monetarily rich who end up with no services or real community because there is no affordable housing, food and recreation for those with less means.
