We are developing a wellness fitness facility in the Atwood Lake region to provide an inclusive environment for individuals to engage in physical activity and engage in wellness programs in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle
* Provide a heated, indoor pool for individuals to create an opportunity to engage in a low impact, full body exe
We are developing a wellness fitness facility in the Atwood Lake region to provide an inclusive environment for individuals to engage in physical activity and engage in wellness programs in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle
* Provide a heated, indoor pool for individuals to create an opportunity to engage in a low impact, full body exercise year-round, which will be especially beneficial for individuals with joint and/or mobility issues
* Develop a space for fitness equipment, an open area for fitness classes, as well as an area in which people we hold workshops for educational information on health and wellness
*Develop space for medical professionals to meet with community on lake.
* Having a local fitness facility can act as a healthy social hub for promoting community engagement and unity
* The fitness facility can contribute to the local economy by creating job opportunities for personal trainers, fitness instructors, aquatic instructors, and maintenance staff
